This is the privacy policy of the private limited company Safety Products B.V. (hereinafter: Safety Products), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96978287. This document explains how Safety Products handles the processing of your personal data. In processing your personal data, Safety Products exercises the utmost care.

Acquisition of Personal Data

When you make use of the services of Safety Products, you may provide certain personal data to Safety Products yourself, or personal data may be obtained about you in the context of the agreement. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Safety Products processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Company details, including VAT number and Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number;
  • Alternative delivery address;

Purpose of Processing

The personal data processed by Safety Products are used for the following purposes:

  • To contact you in order to inform you about the services you have purchased and their execution;
  • To enable the performance of its services;
  • To improve its service provision;
  • To process payments;
  • To comply with legal obligations;
  • To carry out marketing and communication activities, including improving the website through the analysis of visitor behaviour;

Safety Products shares personal data with third parties only when strictly necessary for the performance of an agreement or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.   • The Accountant, for the purpose of performing the agreement. The categories of personal data processed are contact and address details, as well as financial data.
  • Software Providers, for the purpose of performing the agreement. The categories of personal data processed are contact and address details.

Safety Products shall cease the processing of the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or which relate to the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Complaint

If you have a complaint about the way Safety Products handles your personal data, or if you wish to exercise one of the aforementioned rights, you may contact us via the website or by email at info@safetyproducts.com. To ensure that the request is genuinely made by you, Safety Products kindly asks you to include a copy of your identification document with all non-essential information (such as your photograph and MRZ) redacted. Safety Products will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than within 4 weeks.
